BOOKING POLICY : Reservations for 3 or more hours of treatment will be taken with , cash deposit , E.F.T , enclosed credit card payment authorization or a valid Gift Voucher.
CHECK-IN POLICY : Please check-in with reception at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY : When rescheduling or cancelling reserved appointments , we require 24 hours notice as our therapist are scheduled especially for you. Cancellations after the required time or failure to attend may result in a full treatment charge being levied against you.
CONFIRMATION POLICY : We will confirm all Luxury Suite appointments, 24 hours prior to appointment time. In the event we fail to contact you , your appointment will be treated as confirmed.
LATE POLICY : Please note that should you arrive late for your appointment the therapist will attempt to provide as much of the treatment as possible in the remaining time allocated
TREATMENT POLICY : The order of treatments specified may change at the discretion of the therapist and all times specified are guidelines only and include check-in and check-out.
RETURNS POLICY : Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if proof of payment is supplied and the goods are in original condition upon investigation by management. No returns on Make-Up and Nail lacquers.
CELLULAR PHONES : Cell phones may only be used in the reception area. If for any reason should your cell phone need to be left switched on, kindly have it in silent mode.
GIFT VOUCHER POLICY : Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue for treatments and products and must be utilized prior to the expiry date and subject to the treatment and product availability. Please ensure that you book 2 weeks prior to expiry. Cancellations or rescheduling, of a confirmed appointment less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time or failure to attend will result in your gift voucher being canceled.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS POLICY : The safety of personal belongings is the responsibility of the Client. Neither the Management or Staff shall be held responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for the loss or damage to any of our clients personal belongings.
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY : No Beverages will be allowed in waxing and facial rooms.
